Return Policy

• No product return will be initiated without receiving an email request from the customer.

• Unpacking Video Requirement:

  • To process a return or refund, you must provide a clear video recording of the unpacking process, showing the item being removed from its original packaging.

  • The video must display the product, its condition, the packaging materials, shipping label, and all box contents.

  • This video is mandatory to ensure fair verification and accurate processing of your return.

• Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of shipment.

International Orders

• Currently, we do not have a policy for accepting returns or exchanges on international orders.

Exchange Policy

• Products must be returned in their original condition with invoice and tags intact.

• Without the original invoice and tags, returns will not be validated.

• Any complaint regarding damage, stains, or other issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase along with an image of the product for examination.

• Exchange requests will be entertained only for damaged products.

• No refunds will be issued for non-damaged products.
