Unpacking Video Requirement:
To process a return or refund, you must provide a clear video recording of the unpacking process, showing the item being removed from its original packaging.
The video must display the product, its condition, the packaging materials, shipping label, and all box contents.
This video is mandatory to ensure fair verification and accurate processing of your return.
Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of shipment.
Currently, we do not have a policy for accepting returns or exchanges on international orders.
Products must be returned in their original condition with invoice and tags intact.
Without the original invoice and tags, returns will not be validated.
Any complaint regarding damage, stains, or other issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase along with an image of the product for examination.
Exchange requests will be entertained only for damaged products.
No refunds will be issued for non-damaged products.
